在組件制造過程中，太陽能電池陣列被嵌入塑料薄膜片中，主要是醋酸乙烯酯( EVA )，并被封裝在前側的玻璃板和后側的耐候塑料背板之間，通常由聚氟乙烯( PVF )制成。

或者，對于一些特殊的應用，后側也可以由玻璃板組成。然后將完整的夾層在150℃左右的溫度下在層壓機中進行高壓烘烤。這里的關鍵點是將整個模塊均勻快速地加熱和加壓，以在EVA箔內達到理想的交聯(lián)程度，以實現穩(wěn)定、長期的模塊功能。

During module manufacturing, solar cell arrays are embedded in plastic film sheets, mainly ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA), and encased between a glass plate on the front side and a weather-resistant plastic back sheet on the rear, usually made of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF).
Alternatively, for some special applications the rear side may also consist of a glass plate. The complete sandwich is then baked in a laminator under high pressure at a temperature of around 150°C. The crucial point here is to heat and press the entire module uniformly and rapidly to reach an ideal cross-linking degree within the EVA foil for stable, long-term module function.
